Be Part of the Change

Three Ways to Get Involved

  • Lead Programs Inside Facilities

Train to become a program leader and bring our six-month leadership program directly to incarcerated men and women. You'll work alongside an experienced team, complete a Zoom-based training, and apprentice before leading on your own.

  • Lead Programs in Halfway Houses

Facilitate our Freedom by Design program at community correction centers, coaching returning citizens as they rebuild their lives and discover their potential as community leaders.

  • Support from the Outside

Prefer to contribute without going inside a facility? We need help with research, admin, outreach, and more. Your skills are valuable to this work regardless of where you apply them.

Here's how it works

Fill out the form below.

  1. We'll invite you to an Introduction Session — a short Zoom call where you can learn more, ask questions, and meet the team. No commitment required.

  2. If it feels right, you'll complete a brief training program on Zoom to become a program leader.

  3. You'll join an existing team as an apprentice, observing the program in action before leading on your own.

  4. You become a program leader — and part of something that has changed thousands of lives since 1990.
